Class Focus Breakdown

Monday (Theale) – Advanced Techniques (Beginner‑Friendly)
Technical combinations, footwork and application. Suitable for beginners but expect a challenge.

Wednesday (Tilehurst)– Pad Work & Conditioning
High‑energy pad work, striking flow, combinations and fitness.

Friday (Burghfield) – Sparring & Drills
Controlled sparring, partner drills and real‑world application. Beginners start light and coached.

Saturday (Calcot)– Techniques & Fundamentals
Clean form, movement, combinations and skill development. Ideal for beginners.

1‑to‑1 Coaching

Personal training sessions are available on request for students who want:

What happens after I join?

Once you join, everything is simple and guided:

  1. You receive a welcome email with everything you need.
  2. You choose your first class at any of our four venues.
  3. Your instructor introduces you to the group and supports you from the start.
  4. You learn the basics at your own pace — no pressure, no ego.
  5. You begin working toward your first belt and building confidence each week.

White → Yellow → Blue → Orange → Green → Purple → Brown → Brown Stripe → Black
