In a safe, supportive environment, you’ll learn simple techniques that actually work — even under pressure.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

This session is delivered by our Senior Coach and 5th degree Martial Arts Instructor from CT Martial Arts, experienced in working with beginners, women, and young people in a supportive, pressure-free environment.

The focus isn’t just techniques — it’s helping you feel more confident, aware, and capable.
