Do I need any experience?

Not at all. Most of the women who join us are complete beginners.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

No. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and you can work at your own pace.

What should I wear?

Just wear comfortable workout clothes and bring some water. We’ll guide you on anything else you may need later on.

Will I be sparring or fighting people?

No. Our ladies classes focus on fitness, padwork, technique and confidence-building in a supportive environment.

Can I come on my own?

Absolutely. Many women come alone for their first class and quickly make friends within the group.

Is the Tuesday class private?

Yes. Our Tuesday ladies class has no public viewing and is taught by female instructors, creating a comfortable environment for Muslim women and anyone who prefers a women-only training space.

What age range attends?

We have a mix of ages and fitness levels, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for everyone.

How do I get started?
